Long term contracts are scary, so we’ve created a month-to month management agreement because we believe we should earn your business every day.
2. NO Regrets Guarantee:
If at any time during the first 3 months, you are not completely satisfied, we will close your account AND refund you 100% of the management fee we collected.
3. Eviction Guarantee:
Our tenant screening is so tight we will personally reimburse you up to $1,000 in the event of eviction legal expenses.
4. Response Time Guarantee:
Nobody likes waiting for a response, that is why we promise to respond to all communication within 24 business hours.
5. Rent Deposit Guarantee:
We know you want your money fast! We ACH your tenant rent into your bank account by the 15th day of each month.
6. Management Fee Guarantee:
We believe that if we can’t collect the rent – then we should NOT get paid. You only pay us a management fee if we successfully collect the rent.
7. Leasing Fee Guarantee:
You do not pay us a leasing fee until we have a signed lease AND money paid from the tenant.
8. One Point of Contact Guarantee:
Don’t worry, we will never pass you from person to person! While we have a team of experts supporting your property, you are given a dedicated Client Success Manager (CSM) that you can reach with any of your PM needs.

Our lease agreement is reviewed by top landlord law firms. We operate in compliance with fair housing, application screening, and right-to-cure laws.
